'Who's who who' explanation

Haiz~ Talking about this make mi sighz until dunno where. Here wanna announce that I've partially 'resign' from my online business because I simplily cannot stand the big who who and the small who who. The big who who is the investor of this business. For mi, I feel tied up working with him, because it's like working for 'Your Mighty'. Because he's the investor, he always has the final say to every thing, big and small. Which is a problem, because firstly, he has no time. He hold a high position is a huge asia company and also owns businesses of his own outside. So what to expect? I rarely see him in the office loh. Secondly, he is simply budget conscious. Maybe because he's the funder. He simply want to grow the business with mimimum funding. Oh please, if it works like that, I can start my own business le. I dun need his funding liao. Since marketing cost is zero??? It's very hard to propose marketing plan to him, because he ask a lot of questions, since he's in the 'big business world' so end up, no marketing ideas loh. Coz he bombard all of them. Even the website revemptation, i talk until my saliva used up liao, still no result. I really give up le. Recently we approached the SMU to seek their student's aid. SMU are happy to involve their students in business projects as long as the students gain $$ and experience in return. Initially, the big who who was very on one leh. He said, "We must get this, we are all going down to convince them." Coz at first he didn't noe need to pay the students one. So on then actual day, guess what? he didn't turn up lah.. then how to have conclusion when the investor is not around to make decisions? So the case cannot close loh.
Now the small who who is another pest. He love to act leader when in actually fact he dunno how to lead one le. Ting should know his kuan. That Fated in the KT forum loh. So 'I-know-it-all' attitude but actually, he urghhh one.. very irritating lah..
The initial gang for this online project is actualy 7 people de. Ended up hor.. left 3 people. Mi, small who who and big who who loh, so obviously something is wrong rite?? sianz... I'm pulling one leg out of this stupid mess and will be moving on to others things le. I will still be partial involve coz I wanna see how they will die mah. *Evil* Actually, I'm quite confident that things can work de, juz tat it's not moving, tat's all... so i better step out a bit... while they move like snail, I can do ten million things.. haaa...
That's about all bah, about how stupid I am to be in this mess. I've told many people and that many people all scold mi leh.. aiyo.. so suay leh.. everyone also ask me to quit.. even Vanilla ice cream.. and today I've sent out an official email to declare that from today onwards, I will only work half day there while i pursue my other things... as for what that thing is, I will tell u gals after i manage to get it.. else very malu.. haaa...
