First day solo call picking

Today start work at 8.30.. so early!!! actually.. take bus hor.. no good leh.. last time i work in Tanjong Pagar also like same travel time.. coz need to wait for bus lah... then bus go like snail de.. anyway.. reach office at abt 8.12am.. the first one to reach.. go kapo the best seat.. i choose the one near the window de.. corner corner de.. then so heng.. my Team Leader was sitting besides me.. hee.. so conveniently can ask le... anyway.. it's not that hard to answer calls lah.. i was very hardworking the previous night.. i went and tag all my notes so that i can flip with ease.. so today i had an easier time of browsing thru' the notes for answers.. except for some siao ding dong callers.. the day was quite smooth.. in fact.. it's starting to bored me le... how har.. sit there whole day hor.. i from sit upright until slogging at my desk leh.. then whole day with the head set on my head.. eek... can't even surf net.. coz lata call come i went ki siao.. haa.. most of my callers are filippinos maids lah.. bangalesh workers also have de.. a lot of foreigners de.. then sometime cannot quite catch what they are talking about... then hor.. singtel very siao ding dong de leh.. have so many seperate system hor.. cannot integrate altogether de leh.. one caller's enquiry can need to check with dunno how many system.. wah piang so lousy de... then out of the so many systems, our 3 days course only teach about 5 system.. the rest hor.. go ask the team leader for help loh.. everyone's like Q-ing to ask questions.... haa.. had lunch at 12.30pm... then it's calls calls and more calls until 3.45pm where i get 15 mins break.. then all the way to 6pm.. wah piang.. very tiring leh... heng tomorrow is friday.. then can look forward to Malacca le.. heng no need to work OT on weekends.. but I'm thinking of working on Christmas day.. coz no plans and double pay leh... very tempting rite?? but hopefully the malacca won't be too tiring.. else me monday will become zombie le.. eek... how???
